Delete your account
We take deletion seriously. This page explains what works today and what still needs the hosted Edge Function.
Honest status
Self-serve Auth user deletion is not fully deployed until the
delete-account Edge Function is live with owner approval. We will not claim instant deletion while that backend remains undeployed.What already exists
Signed-in clients can call the secured RPC
itiravo_delete_own_cloud_data to wipe cloud trip tables owned by your user id (when that migration is applied on the hosted project).Process
- Submit the request form below or email support@itiravo.com from the address on your account.
- We verify ownership of the account.
- Cloud trip data is wiped via the deletion RPC when available.
- Auth user deletion is completed via the Edge Function once deployed, or manually by the owner until then.
- Local data on devices must be cleared by signing out / uninstalling or using in-app deletion flows.
